”Prima appartement met perfecte ligging. We waren er met drie personen; met zes personen lijkt me de kleine badkamer wat krap. We hebben wel geluidsoverlast gehad van de Engelse buren die daar permanent wonen. ”

”This apartment is very spacious and very well equipped for all your needs. Anything can be used and we were just asked to replace it if it was finished. There are chairs and loungers for use by the pool. The supermarket is a few minutes walk from the apartment and there is shopping trolley which helped when carrying heavier items. It’s about 10 mins to the beach and many of the restaurants and bars. However, there are many of these around the apartment area. We were able to access the apartment...

Well appointed and laid out- with 3 good sized bedrooms, three separate wcs/ showers and 2 wonderful spacious balconies and great aircon system throughout.Chill out on the balcony and watch the boats go up and down the canal.Location is superb with only a 3 minute walk to Arenal beach and all that offers.Finally the communication and assistance throughout from Jayne at Ladybird Villas ( agent) needs a special mention. Really helpful and pleasant to communicate...

”We have taken a villa for a number of years but this is the first time we have taken an apartment so close to the Arenal. The initial impression of the building doesnt in any way do justice to the accommodation. It was clean and so spacious that at times it was hard to know if we were all there. It was perfect for our teenage kids to be able to come and go as they pleased with easy access to all the buzz of the Arenal area at night and the beach during the day. It was perfect for our group!”

”The apartment is very well equipped.The area is great, short walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops.The pool and garden area is as beautiful as pictured with different depths. Please note if you have children, no inflatables or toys are permitted in the pool, but the beach is not far. Plenty of parking was available to us on the same street.Jayne is an excellent host, very approachable and communicative.”
