”Truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in the past couple of years! The staff was very friendly & housekeeping cleaned every day for my 4-night stay. The breakfast didn’t have a huge amount of options & mostly kept to bread/waffles for toasting, danishes, oatmeal packets, & fruit cups— but it was great for an “on-the-go” morning stop. Plus, their coffee machine made it worth it.”

”We slept well and our dog approved of his sleep as well. This facility has an indoor pool, however, it is apparently only open "seasonally". Expedia did not disclose this. Cleanliness here was subpar. Sheets/blankets/curtains are stained, furniture (night stands, desk, TV stand, etc) need more than just the tops wiped down as they are obviously dirty with dried fluids, etc. on them) There were no extra rolls of toilet paper, there were no extra towels, and the 2 "bath towels" that were...

”We stay in Poughkeepsie 5 to 10 times a year and I believe this will be our new go to. While the other hotel we stay at is lovely, we enjoyed the Hyatt a little bit better. Thank you for having us.”

”My room was not properly cleaned the bathroom you could see hair on the toilet in the shower and all over the floor. The room you could tell they did not wipe down the night stand or desk. ”

”Not too bad a place if you just need to crash & leave early. Comfy beds, a bit outdated though. Even though the rooms were non smoking you could still smell a bit from when you could smoke there in the room & throughout the building. Very spotty WiFi, so if you need to internet to work at all, not ideal. ”

”This place is always the best, I've come up last year for a trip with my group and ever since I always try to come here. Beautifully clean rooms, breakfast was tasty, and we even forgot a pair of our headphones here and they were kind enough to ship it back to my home within a week! Clean premises, delightful staff, love it all!”
