”I don't often leave reviews, but we really enjoyed our time here. This was our last of 4 stops on our 9 day vacation across Guanacaste. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the street and a convenient store is a 5 minute drive. Last but not least the staff at Sueño were incredibly pleasant and made the last leg of our trip a bit more enjoyable. ”Eric was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean and high tech, with a great AC unit. The walk to the beautiful beach takes 3 minutes, but there's a ditch crossing along the way that might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.”

”This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”

Kun huonevaraustamme ei heti löytynyt koneelta, saimme tilalle "anteeksi pyyntönä" paljon isomman ja paremmin varustellun huoneen lomamme ajaksi. Pitkin päivää hotellin asiakkaille oli tarjolla tuoretta kahvia ilmaiseksi ja hotellissa oli myös iso kauppa 24/7 auki. Ravintolan ruuan hinta/laatu suhde oli ihan ok. ”To big area, moving difficult despite the shuttle. Entering to Hotel difficult. Although we had reservation number in mobile phone the guards hesitated to let us enter the Hotel area. In the reseptiin they asked us a printed copy of out reservation, nyt how could we have it because i had booked Hotel with mobile phone. They claimed that now they have more paper work. Toi bad, it's their job. Any way it would not have helped them, it was in Finnish. Food was good. The wibration of neighbour rooms...
