”NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM. CANT KEEP YOUR DRINKS COLD”

”When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

”Everything was more then expected, I would definitely stay again, keep up the great service, and hospitality thank everyone on your staff personally from me....”

”I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️”

”Yummy food, great hosts and very flexible!”

”What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Breakfast is included and is the only meal served daily. Definitely try El Parque restaurant in San Carlos. Delicious and inexpensive. Being a small lodge on the ocean makes it special. FYI: No TV, no fridge, no microwave in my room but an awesome ocean view, a...

”It’s a fairly cheap place; it’s right on the beach; and it’s just a few minutes off the pan-American highway. If you are traveling through and need a cheap convenient place to rest your head, this is it. The staff is kind and genuinely want to help you. Breakfast (patacones, fried Panamanian tortilla, eggs, sliced cheese) was included in my room rate - it was surprisingly decent. That said, you get what you pay for so don’t expect anything fancy. The property is old and quite dated. The...

”This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the...

”Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...
