”We booked this property since we had a wedding nearby. It is a lovely spot right on the ocean, with its own cenote. The place was private, clean, and had ample space for a large family or group of friends. Many beds available, A/C, swimming pool, options for chef and babysitters. Not super luxurious but that's not that the place is about. Would definitely recommend it, and may even look to book it again in the future.”

”Eric and Naty could not have been nicer and more helpful to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is spacious, the terraces are plenty, the palapa is a wonderful room to hang out in with family or to curl up on the hammock with a good book and swing along with the breeze. ”The condo was clean and well equipped. The original listing (when we booked) had an incorrect location. (They have since corrected it). It was a bit frustrating at first as we had wanted to walk to more things, we had rented a car though so we were able to drive everywhere we wanted to go. In the end the location had a more authentic feel and was less touristy, which for us turned out to be more fun and a great contrast to the 5th Ave area. ”Jose was easy to communicate with and helped us out with all extra services. Pool was nice and large bedrooms. Our children enjoyed the bikes provided too. ”Man, I can not say enough about this property and overall experience. We had a fabulous time and everyone we communicated with went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From the arranged airport pick up to the stocked fridge, and taxi arrangements, the communication was top notch. The area felt very safe and secure. Check in/out gates were always manned and there was plenty do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the pool clean… I could go on and on. We hope to visit again...

”Nice, clean and safe property, was a bit challenging to find the property in the dark. Location was great, short walk to the beach, and to the street market. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was in great shape. Family enjoyed the pool to cool down in. The music from the restaurant close by got a bit loud a couple times during the day, but it was to be expected from the location of the condo. Property owner was awesome to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.”

”So nice to have so much space. 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beautiful pool, great rooftop deck. 20 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to closest corner store. A car is very helpful at this property. Olimpia was super attentive to all our questions, and answered very quickly. Highly recommend!”

"We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts. The beaches there were good, and everything went smoothly. You're also allowed to eat and drink at the sister resorst which for us added value to our stay. The food is good! There is a lot of variety. The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best, 100% recommend it. There was only this One thing, the menu on each place has multiple things that are not included in the all-inclusive, which was to us a Little bit weird as we did pay for all-inclusive package. Luckily the staff were helpful, and made sure There wasn't any additional costs to our bill. In the rooftop the music is super loud which is why we didn't really enjoy spending time there."
