”The hotel is very modern and clean. My suite was very large and the surroundings are lovely. Staff is very friendly and the guard pointed me some animals hidden in the garden. Like a sloth having a nap in bar stool. Pool is nice but not for swimming. It's not deep enough. Lots of it is kids pool or ankle deep sitting water. Literally, EVERYTHING was great.
We highly recommend this place. Take the little plane to the Limon airport and just have them set up your transportation. They'll have someone waiting for you. We had zero problems. Everything went as smooth as possible because of the Awa staff! We will return to the Caribbean coast of Punta Cana and most definitely stay at the Awa Beach Hotel again! I'd give them 10 stars...
