”The bed frame underneath the mattress (wood strips) are broken making the mattress sink in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… also no ironing board. When I emailed the host, wanted me to confirm about the ironing board. But didn’t mention anything about the bed which is very unprofessional. The bed has screws showing like they tried to fix the issue in the pass. ”

”Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.”

”We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. ”

”My family and I were thoroughly impressed with this property. From the check in instructions, to all the thoughtful amenities in the home, there is nothing I can complain about. This house has it all for every age. The owners were phenomenal with communication, the neighborhood is nice and quiet in a gated community, the beach is just a few steps away, and the views are incredible. I look forward to staying there again.”

”We had a great stay. Nice place, beautiful landscape. Good location between the hustle and bustle of San Juan and the beaches and activities in Fajardo and Luquillo. Instead of cars and music at night, we went to sleep to the sounds of rainforest critters. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of beach towels and the kitchen had everything we needed.”
