”We spend three days in Puno and Titicaca Lake. The location of the hotel is best in town at Plaza de Armas. Good hotel, which is really worth money spent. We can highly recommend it. Good breakfast included.”

”The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket.”

”This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. ”Beautiful place, staff friendly and the food is excellent. They have a Oxigen tank and hot tea as needed for the high sickness . Room has an electrical heater and a good pressure of hot water. I am really enjoying this place. ”
