”This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first! The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and everything in Old San Juan is easily walkable. They are such a great host—very communicative and welcoming. The A/C kept the rooms perfectly cool, everything was super clean, and there’s even a parking garage nearby if you have a rental. Such a great spot—can’t wait to come back again!”

”El lugar está bueno, tiene buena ubicación en pleno viejo San Juan, la dueña es muy amable, muy atenta y muy servicial. Desventajas es que en la noche cuando hay fiesta hay mucho ruido y las habitaciones no tienen ventana.”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done.
The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-)
In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”My gf and I stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert, we got the apartment option so it was separate but right next to the hotel with our own entrance.
Overall location is convenient, walkable to all things Viejo San Juan, lots of restaurants nearby. While it’s located near everything it is separate enough to not get a lot of foot traffic, so it’s nice and quiet and I didn’t have any safety concerns.

”The check-in process was easy, and the room was spotless and cozy. There was a great atmosphere at night with nearby bars, but there were no places to eat after a certain time. ”Nice place where we spent one night before our cruise. Goos location. Easy to get in with code (we came at night). Only minus is the AC which can’t be turned off. So the room was quite cold.”

"Parisänky oli 120cm leveä. Kadulta kuuluu kova meteli (ei tosin haitannut meitä ja oli tiedossa). Varsinaista respaa ei ole, laukut voi jättää alakerran jalokiviliikkeeseen säilytykseen, jos se sattuu olemaan auki. Siivoojaa ei näkynyt liiemmin 4 päivän aikana (pyynnöstä olisi saattanut tulla tosin). Ilmastointia ei pystynyt säätämään. Vessapaperia sai vain rullan kerrallaan (eikä ollut muuta paperia), piti useamman kerran käydä pyytämässä lisää. Check-out jo kymmeneltä ja mukamas ei mitenkään sopinut että oltais saatu olla yhteentoista, vaikka lopulta siivooja ei kuitenkaan sinne aiemmin mennyt. Laatuun ja palveluun nähden aivan liian kallis. Vähän jäi huono maku suuhun. Ainoa plussa oli keskeinen sijainti ja iso jääkaappi."
