”These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

”The communication was prompt, accurate, and polite full. Staff assisted by carrying out luggage upstairs, and is happy and polite. The massage chair was an amazing addition to our stay. In the heart of all shops. Will definitely book with them again.”

”Place is in the Imago shopping mall. Many restaurants and shopping near by. Sutera golf club across the street. Room is very clean and has all fancy things like Dyson hair dryer and electric curtains. Free soft drinks. There are some umbrellas, luggage scale etc to use. Before arriving call the number. I communicated via Whatsapp and got quickly answer if any questions. Really good service. They have luggage room as well. Room is not really big size but perfect for couple. Toilet bowl is kind...

”There was a noisy overcrowded Ramadan buffet dinner going on. No ordinary food available before 9pm. Poor poor service in their coffee-bar later evening.”

”Good hotel Clean and spacious Room.”

”Staff were really nice, hotel room was large and clean and breakfast was varied and very tasteful. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!”

”The location is very good and convenient, especially with easy access to nearby facilities and the shopping mall. However, the cleanliness of the room and the condition of some room facilities could be improved. More attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring all room facilities are in good working condition would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the location is a strong point, but improvements in cleanliness and room facilities would enhance the guest experience.”

”Marriott has had its best days even the it is starred still as 5. Fortunately we had booked a room with executive lounge access and it was the highlight of the stay as Mr. Nigel Wong and Ms. Felicia took care of us during our 5 days of spending in the hotel. They made us felt more than welcome and shared some good tips what to do in Kota Kinabalu. Also, the exec.lounge had the best view to the sea and beautiful sunsets. ”

”Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities”

”palvelu loistava, suuri kiitos henkilökunnalle, sain kaiken avun mitä tarvitsin”

”Very comfy room.. good parking facilities..”

”Nice and convenient.. great location”

”The location was close to many attractions. The hotel gym was very well equipped.”

”No tissue box available in the room Carpet is not clean”
