Ideal for accommodating up to 7 people, it consists of a main house and an outbuilding, offering space and comfort to everyone. On a vast wooded plot, you will enjoy a large courtyard, a landscaped terrace and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. A stone's throw from the famous Lascaux caves, the Vézère and its nature activities (hiking, canoeing, castle visits), you will also be in the heart of a gourmet region, renowned for its foie gras, truffles and local markets. A perfect stay between relaxation, discoveries and local pleasures.



Enter the courtyard, climb a few steps to the terrace, then push open the entrance door: you are welcomed into a warm hall. On the right, a spacious living room invites you to relax, ideal for gathering with family or friends around the sofa, coffee table and television. On the left, the independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle, a l'Or capsule coffee machine and a plunger coffee maker. At the end of the corridor, a large dining room awaits you to share your meals around a table that can accommodate up to 7 people. In summer, you can opt for the terrace table, ideal for outdoor meals. A bathroom with a hairdryer and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.



Upstairs, you will discover a large master bedroom of 25 m² with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm) and a third bedroom with another Queen Size bed (160x190 cm). A second bathroom with WC is also available on this floor.



When returning to the courtyard, you will access the charming outbuilding, perfect for two people. It features a lounge area, a Queen Size bed, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with WC.
