”Walked to convenience store on the corner (Royal Farms) about 10:00pm to pick up some snacks and a bunch of high school age kids (12-15 of them) walked in the store while I was shopping and helped themselves to everything and even filled backpacks and walked out. As I was paying for my bottled waters, I asked if this was normal and she said yes. I asked where the cops were and she just kind of looked defeated. ”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
