”Staggering reservation times better in the restaurant might avoid long waits for food. In our case receiving our main course at 8.25 for a 7.00 booking. Staff did respond well when we raised the issue but it might be less of an issue if tables are booked out in a way that the kitchen can cope. We, for example, we’re not wedded to 7.00. All that said, the food is delicious.”

”Hotelli sijaitsee St Martinsissa. Bussi kulkee aivan oven edestä, mutta alueella ei ole mitään palveluita, ruokakauppoja tai ravintoloita. Vaihtoehtoina on siis syödä joko hotellilla tai bussimatkan päässä olevassa St Peter's Portissa. Hotelli sijaitsee todella kauniilla ja vehreällä alueella, rannalle on noin 5 minuutin kävelymatka. ”My husband and I had a great 4days here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was lovely if a little warm in the area. The outdoor pool was very handy as two of the days were really warm. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as we have family in the area.”

”Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.”

”We had a very big room, the main room was already very big but then there was also an another sleeping room where was a bunk bed, so it would be good for 4 persons to sleep. Our room was on the street level so the views were to the street and front yard, but there still wasn't any problem with any noise from the street. Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. And there was also coffee- and tea-making facilities in the room. And cookies! :P Pool looked very good, but we didn't try...

”The Hotel was simply amazing. This is a very genuine review. My friend and I stepped into the hotel and realised how lucky we were to find this place. Staff simply so helpful also the maintenance men who helped me when i needed help.
