The Moulin de l'Arguenon opens its doors to you outside the wedding season for your group stays, family reunions, seminars or weekends with friends.
A fully privatized estate
Unlike a classic rental, the entire site is reserved for you: no other groups on site during your stay. You can enjoy the outdoors, the pond and the common areas on your own.

A modular capacity from 15 to 41 people
Three independent gîtes, which can be activated according to the size of your group:

The gite de l'étang comprises on the first floor: reception hall leading to an independent living room, a communicating living room with a beautiful well-equipped fitted kitchen, another living room (Bar) of 40 m2, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (2 beds 100x200 twin) with its private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower seat and toilet). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160X200) with its private bathroom (shower and toilet), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 + 1 single bunk bed) 1 bedroom (2 beds 80X200), bathroom (bath) and separate toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with integrated bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with also integrated bathroom (shower) separate toilet and 1 large bedroom with lounge area (2 beds 100x200 twinable) with its bathroom (shower) and private toilet.

The gite of the bride and groom is located in the old mill, it includes on the first floor: 1 large room of 100 m2 and an adjoining kitchen. The gite du Moulin is located in a building adjoining the old mill, it comprises on the first floor: 1 hall.
