”Great staff and good taproom down stairs.”

”We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were given a room that was on the first floor with a door out to the sun deck. We were quite tired and thought a nap would be good but no hope as we had the constant noise of the extractor fan from the kitchen going up the wall outside, even if we shut all the windows we heard it. I went back to reception and said we weren’t happy with the noise, we were offered another room but that opened onto the busy sitting area that people were having drinks at so...

”Nice big apartment a short walk to the beach and in a peaceful location. Not too far from a Spar, restaurant, pharmacy and petrol station. You need to drive though. A little maintenance required as one of the hotplates didn't work.”

”A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the amazing weather and beautiful surroundings. Excellent clean and well designed accommodation, professional friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you and ensure you enjoy your stay. Delicious food for breakfast and at the 1777 restaurant. Excellent.”

”The Junction is a nice place to stay in Plett. The beds are comfortable, there is Aircon and the style is modern and new. The rooms are not very bright, so not the best place to hang in the day, but absolutely perfect as a nightly base, especially with the block-out curtains. The location is excellent right in the middle of town so you can walk anywhere. Right by Seakrit Spot and Market off Main which is very convenient. I’d stay here again for a short stay of a few nights. ”

”Amazing place in a perfect location with beautiful views over the sea and beach which is just across a quiet road . Brian and his team will look after you from the moment you arrive . Wonderful! ”

”Saw a whale from apartment window whilst having breakfast, gorgeous apartment, really nicely done and has everything you would need. ”

”In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa.”

”What a fantastic stay in Plettenberg Bay area. You should have seen my wife's smile when she saw the Garden View Deluxe Suite. The room was stunning! It was quiet. Very clean. Turn down service was very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections on the buffet or off the menu that was included. The staff members are truly amazing. Very helpful. We especially enjoyed talking with our waiter at dinner who interested in our travels that day. I know we convinced him to go visit Monkeyland!...

”Village Square 6 was beautifully furnished as a self catering unit. It is spacious and has a beautiful ocean view and within a stone's throw from the main road with shopping and restaurant. It was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I will visit again. ”
