- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A lovely south-facing garden (private and enclosed) of 35 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
- A wooden terrace surrounds the entire house (5x2.50 m² on the south side) and a covered area (2 m²) on the north side.

The house is ideally located in Pleubian, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
