”The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. The window shutters helped to keep it nice and dark too and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was small but well...

”Lorena apartments is an ideal place to stay in Pomena. It is a very short stroll off the ferry and we could check in early and was greeted at the apartment. The view from the private terrace was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here and visiting Mljet. The National Park is stunning and you can swim, hike and bike!”

”The apartment is located close to the port, so it is easy to get to it upon arrival (we came from Hvar on a ferry). We were met by the host who showed us around and provided advice for time on the island. All in all, we liked our stay and recommend the place for anyone coming to Mjlet to enjoy national parks. One thing to note (not about the apartment or host but island is general). If you want/plan to see central and east parts of the island, you will either need to be in very good shape...

”Our stay was wonderful. The ferry brought us right to town. The area is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The national park is easy to access and has many activities. Pavo our host was very friendly and helpful. He knew the local grocery store was closed and kindly brought us to a different town to stock up for our stay. I’m sure by May more harbor stores, bar/ cafes are open in Pomena. ”
