Gîte Clos St Roch, Ideal for Recharging in the Countryside!

Rental for 2 people, quiet, with a simple and cosy style, close to Quimper (15 minutes) and 5 minutes from the beaches of Île Tudy, in the heart of Cornouaille. It is the perfect base for discovering the region.



The rental is attached to our house but remains completely independent with its own entrance and private garden, including garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (sink unit, shower, WC), and a mezzanine bedroom.



Many activities are possible: hiking trails at your doorstep, canoeing or boat trips on the Odet, mountain bike circuits, golf 6 km away, as well as water sports at Île Tudy or Sainte-Marine (beaches 8 km away). The village is 3 km away.



The location is ideal for discovering Cornouaille: its cultural heritage (Quimper, Locronan, Concarneau, Pont-Aven...), natural sites (Pointe du Raz, Pointe de la Torche, Audierne Bay...), islands (Glénan archipelago, Île de Sein), beaches, and coastal paths. Many festivals also take place in season.



Different options are available: overnight or short stays (minimum 2 nights depending on the period and except July and August), or weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).



Located in the countryside, this gîte will charm you with its tranquillity and surroundings. Close to the banks of the Odet, often called the most beautiful river in France, treat yourselves to a relaxing break close to nature. We look forward to welcoming you!
