- A nautical-themed bedroom that can accommodate 2 people, featuring one 140-cm bed and one 90-cm bed. The room has its own sink. It faces north toward the courtyard.

On the first floor:
. A kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, etc.).

The owner of the house is a professional esthetician and sees clients on the first floor of the house (in a shared entryway with the residence). One room serves as a beauty treatment room. Clients are seen by appointment only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Quiet is required at all times.
