Welcome to this peaceful haven, ideally located in Plouarzel, 10 minutes from the beaches and the port of Porspaul and which is classified as a 3-star holiday let.



The Space:

This contemporary house, bathed in light, offers you a stay combining modern comfort and authentic charm. As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the cosy living room where exposed beams blend with tasteful décor. The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen faces a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring the seaside. For cooler evenings, the small wood-burning stove adds an extra touch of comfort to the whole.



On the sleeping side, you will find a first double bedroom (140 x 190 cm) on the ground floor, with a soft and refined atmosphere.

There is also a modern and functional bathroom with a large walk-in shower and an elegant washbasin.

Upstairs, you will find a pretty bedroom with tasteful and warm décor in terracotta tones. It has a wooden double bed (140 x 190 cm) in a ‘cabin’ style, as well as clever storage solutions.

Close to this bedroom is a light-filled office area, perfect for working from home!



Outside, you can enjoy a small garden and a sunny terrace, perfect for breakfast al fresco in the peaceful Breton countryside.

The house is ideally located between the towns of Plouarzel and Lampaul-Plouarzel, close to the port and beaches of Porspaul (700 m).



The little extras you won't find anywhere else? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided

(sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and recommending activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!



The surrounding area offers many opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable travel experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best places to visit and book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service for baby equipment, games and sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky, etc.). This will help you feel right at home!



A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smoking is permitted, but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
