Welcome to our family home, recently renovated, offering spacious and thoughtfully designed living areas so you can truly feel at ease.
This is not just a rental property, but our real home, where we spend time with our family. You will therefore find everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed — just like at home.

🔹 Ground floor:

A cosy master suite with a high-quality mattress (160x200),
a small desk area (just in case),
and a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer…).

🔹 First floor:

A large, bright and welcoming living area, flooded with natural light thanks to the many glass doors.
It includes:

a fully equipped kitchen,

a library for quiet reading moments,

a latest-generation TV with Netflix and Canal+ for relaxing evenings.

You will also enjoy a wood-burning stove, perfect for warming up autumn or winter evenings and creating a cosy atmosphere.

The living space opens onto a raised terrace, sunny for much of the day — ideal for enjoying your morning coffee (or an evening aperitif).
The terrace overlooks a fully enclosed garden, offering a lovely view of Plouescat’s church tower, while allowing you to keep an eye on children playing safely on the lawn.

Three bedrooms:

one with a double bed (160 cm),

one children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed,

one large bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200).

A modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

Everything has been designed for relaxation.
Enjoy a private, latest-generation jacuzzi 💦, perfect for unwinding, as well as an outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach.

The tourist office is only 3 minutes on foot, ideal for planning activities

A local market every Saturday morning, perfect for discovering Breton products and stocking up on fresh food

Because this is our year-round home, it is very well equipped:
quality bedding, high-quality household linen, a fully equipped kitchen and cupboards stocked with essentials (☕ coffee, condiments, and more).

To make your stay even more special, you can also enjoy — free of charge — the services of a local guide (Born in Plouescat!) who can offer personalized advice and, if you wish, accompany you to discover the coastline and tidal flats (coastal walks, shore fishing, exploring the local marine life).
