The Cocoonr agency is offering this 80 m² holiday home in Plougrescant for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a conservatory with a sitting area, four bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 30 m² living room with a dining area and TV.
– An open-plan fitted kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A conservatory accessible from the kitchen, with a sofa and armchairs.
– Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190).
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
– A secure mezzanine with safety barriers, featuring two sleeping areas at either end, each with two single beds (sleeps 4).

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, games…

Outside:
– An 800 m² enclosed garden, mainly south-facing.
– A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Plougrescant, in a quiet, secluded setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, such as a bakery, a chemist’s, a tobacconist’s, a grocery shop and restaurants.

Activities: walks, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles).

There is no public transport nearby. A car is essential.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service

– Bed linen and towels included.
– Pets are allowed, subject to an additional charge of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
– End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
