You will stay in a pretty house in Plouguerneau, tastefully furnished, with a view of the garden.

The veranda will be the main room of the house. Summer or winter, you can enjoy a good dish prepared around the table or share an aperitif or relax in the sofa corner.
You will enter a living room with a TV and relaxation area, then a dining area to share good times. The kitchen open to the living room is functional and fully equipped.

From the kitchen, you will access the bedroom, with its double bed (140*160) and a large dressing room allowing you to store all your belongings.
The house consists of a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, separated by a laundry area where there is a washing machine.

You can enjoy the lounge in the garden taking advantage of the barbecue.
The garden is fully enclosed, a private parking space will be dedicated to you.

The surroundings: 800 m from the beach of Mogueran and 2 km from the town of Lilia, where you will find a local grocery store and 2 km from the restaurants on the edge of the beach and the magnificent lighthouse of the virgin island.

You will have noticed that cleaning costs are included in the rental price. These include maintenance and disinfection, but not full cleaning. This implies that daily maintenance will be required of you, as well as the management of your waste. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, it is quite possible for you to ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (30€/h).
