”The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.”

”The room was not worth the asking price. The door had clearly been broken into before and was "repaired" with some kind of white glue/paste. There were holes in some of the walls as well as rips and stains on the bedding amd scratches all over the desk in the room. The toilet was held in place with wooden shims and the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine when turned on, which was anytime you wanted light in the bathroom. Around midnight gunshots where fired outside of the section we were in....

”As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...
