The front desk staff member was kind and informative. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff never was very kind. The king suite was spacious and accommodating but the walls had very limited sound proof. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like someone was doing gymnastics all night upstairs. You could hear conversations from the rooms next to us. The pool water smelled a little foul and had no smell of chlorine. The hot tub smelled worse and we think my sister in law may have gotten ringworm from it. Overall the hotel was clean except for the pool and hot tub water.

Desi was magnificent. The night before check in I thought I was paying for my room but I accidentally made a second reservation for the night before. Desi worked her magic and the situation was resolved. Thank you Desi for going above and beyond!!!

This hotel was perfect, well, nearly. The bottom sheet wouldn't stay on, but I finally got it tucked in tight enough to sleep.

The staff really make sure your stay is comfortable. The bed was great, the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, and the breakfast was so good, lots of options. Thank you to the lady who kept the breakfast items replenished. 🙂 and the barkeep, Lance for being attentive.

Overall it was nice, but, I our room was not vacuumed, popcorn seeds and crumbs everywhere... The pullout couch, had all the dirty linens on it, from the guests before us, so we couldn't use it

The pictures online of the hotel rooms/lobby/pool/ outside parking were not even close to what the pictures depicted. I booked the reservation on the pictures provided on the website. I would never in a million years recommend anyone stay at any of your “establishments” again. The pictures are straight lies!

Large rooms
This hotel is old but well kept and very roomy. The bathrooms are not huge but the room itself was very roomy and comfortable. The fixtures in the bathroom were loose, lol, but they still worked. It was fine for our two nights in Pocatello.

The service that they provided was excellent, on the phone & in person. My wife had recently broke her leg. She needed a few extra things to accommodate her. Shower seat, & commode, which they provided. We stayed in a suite. The breakfast was also very good. I will remember this hotel when I am in the area again.
