Urban loft style penthouse with incredible view

This penthouse is in the heart of Historic Downtown Pocatello. It has a fantastic view over the mountains, luxurious vintage feel, perfect for a couple traveling the area or a local who wants a night away from home.

The Fargo Apartments is a historic building from 1914. This penthouse had many uses, from a ballroom through the roaring 1920s, to the managers suite, pigeon hole, and is now modern loft. It`s newly renovated, keeping history at heart, yet with an answer to modern demands.

Our set up for a single person or couple, but can sleep a child on the futon, if need be. Extra bedding upon special request

The penthouse is on the 5th floor of a historic building in town, the only way to access is via our staircase, there is NO ELEVATOR. There`s a code to enter the building, as well as to enter the penthouse.

There is NO ROOF ACCESS for safety reasons. We have plans to build a deck and safety railing in the future.

There is a parking space adjacent to the building, and on both side streets can be parked as well (Withman and Bonneville) or on S Arthur (2 hour limit) and S Main St (no limit on this block)

We respect your privacy, check-in is completely hands off. We are available if needed and I (the host) live in town and can visit upon request.

We`re right at the heart of the beautiful historic Downtown Pocatello neighborhood, within 5-10 minutes several Micro Breweries, Local Restaurants, stores, bars and several smaller parks.

When walking the other direction within less than 10 minutes there is the Greenway next to the river and access to the City Creek trails.

Being right in the heart of downtown you can easily walk to the many restaurants and micro breweries or even hiking trails like city creek.

No access to the roof is permitted at this time. No real candles or anything with fire is allowed, this is an old wooden building.
Tempering with the security system of the building results in an immediate cancellation without a refund.
