”Breakfast was tended by a friendly happy woman. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Housekeeping person in hallway was helpful when we required additional items. Elevators not great. But we do not have mobility issues so we were fine. ”

”I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”

”The staff was so wonderful - especially to all the kids staying there for the soccer tournament. The breakfasts are incredible! I wish I would have booked directly with the hotel because Expedia was awful to work with in changing dates. BOOK WITH HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR SURE!”

”Staying at the Harkness was an experience. I was wanting to stay at a unique hotel on my trip and the Harkness is definitely that. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to get away from the cookie cutter hotels.”
