Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Your group will sleep soundly on comfortable memory foam mattresses. The home accommodates 8 guests across three bedrooms and a convertible sofa in the living room.

Guest Access: Guests will have private access to the entire house and grounds for the duration of their stay.

You will enjoy 24/7 remote access with a keypad entry; your unique code will be provided on the morning of check-in.

Parking: Ample private parking is available in the driveway, with a maximum of 3 cars allowed, to stay considerate of our neighbors and keep the property quiet.

Security: We have four exterior cameras: one at the entrance pointing toward the driveway, one at the porch area facing the front entrance, one in the hub/cabana facing the backyard/pool, and one in the garden. All cameras are motion-activated, record short 7-second videos at a time, and are active during reservations.

Pool & Hot Tub: The private pool is heated and available seasonally (May-September). The hot tub is open year-round. Both are professionally serviced weekly.

Wildlife: Our home is nestled in the woods. You may see deer, bears, squirrels, and other wildlife. Please keep doors and gates closed and never leave food unattended outside. We maintain the home with regular cleanings and professional pest control, but you may still encounter insects or small critters as part of the woodland experience.
