Tältä upealta ranta-alueelta on upeat näkymät. Tämä 5-vuodeinen koti on päivitetty kaikkialla, ja siinä on oma henkilökohtainen telakka, valtavat, mutta viihtyisät makuuhuoneet, massiivinen pelihuone vain muutaman askeleen päässä vedestä ja valtavat ulkona asuvat alueet. Kävele omalla henkilökohtaisella rantatiellä hiekkarannalle ja laiturille, ota auringonnousun ja auringonlaskun näkymät kannelta kauniille tonteille ja järvelle sekä kalaa ja venettä heti laiturilta kauden aikana tai nauti rauhallisista talvimaisemista ottaen samalla tauko hiihtorinteiltä!

Keittiössä on graniittitasot ja pääkerroksessa on parketit ja dramaattiset näkymät järvelle laajoista ikkunoista. Kaunis kivitakka istuu valtavan perhehuoneen keskellä, josta voit ottaa näkymät järvelle rentoutuen tulen äärellä. Arrowhead Lakes on lähellä Pocono-hiihtokeskuksia, ja alueella on ympäri vuoden mahdollisuuksia uintiin, kalastukseen, melontaan, hiihtoon ja muihin. Vaihtoehtoja on loputtomia. Varaa tämä majoitusliike tänään mahdollisuuttasi luoda omia muistojasi! Päivittäiset vuokrat ovat saatavilla sesongin ulkopuolella viikkoina.

Koti on kätevästi sisäkkäin suuremmalla 260 hehtaarin järvellä täydellisessä järvenrantapaikassa Arrowhead-yhteisössä. Järvet on varustettu bassoilla kauden aikana! Arrowhead Lakes -yhteisö sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä 940, 115, PA Turnpike, Mt. Ilmava kasino, Camelbeach, Camelback, Jack Frost / Big Boulder, Kalahari, Knoebel's, Crossing Outlets ja viehättävä kylä Jim Thorpe! Tässä aidatussa yhteisössä on kaksi järveä, neljä rantaa, kolme uima-allasta, koripallokenttä, tenniskentät, lentopallo, leikkipaikka ja upouusi näyttävä lodge, jossa upeat vastaanotto- / viihdealueet, ulkona syöminen alue, kuntokeskus, käsityöhuone, kirjasto, media huone, biljardi ja paljon muuta. Yhteisön palvelujen käytöstä peritään valinnainen maksu.

Muita huomioitavia asioita: Vieraiden on toimitettava liinavaatteet. Kesäkaudella (muistomerkkipäivä työväen päivään) peritään ylimääräinen auton rekisteröinti (25 dollaria per ajoneuvo viikossa) ja lisämaksut (35 dollaria viikossa 12-vuotiaille ja vanhemmille matkustajille), ja ne maksetaan vähän ennen loman. Jokaisesta rekisteröintilomakkeessa olevasta vuokrauksesta peritään lisämaksu 20 dollaria. Rekisteröitymistiedot lähetetään noin kaksi viikkoa ennen loman. Alueen ulkopuolella (ei kesäkuukausina), ajoneuvon rekisteröinti on 15 dollaria ajoneuvoa kohti oleskelua kohti ja 20 dollarin käsittelymaksu per vuokra.

Wonderful family vacation on the water

We had an a wonderful time during our week long stay at this property. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for 6 adults, 6 kids, and an infant. We absolutely loved the view, and appreciated having access to a dock for fishing and boating in our backyard. Pete was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and helped us almost immediately when a few small issues popped up.

Family enjoyed our vacation. Very pretty home and lake. Fishing was fun for the grandboys. Enjoyed the beach also. House was clean but in need of kitchen updates on appliances and cooking items. A second refrigerator would be ideal. The exterior could use a good power washing and extermination for all the spiders. Host was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. The access gates need updating due to difficulty opening with QR codes.

MDW family reunion

Great spot for a group

Overall, stay was nice. The owner Pete was very communicative/responsive and accommodating. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out -- living room was a great place to hang out as a group. Our stay was in winter -- very peaceful walking our dog in the snow and cozy when back home with a beautiful view of the lake. There are a few elements that could be improved but it doesn't detract from the stay now looking back on it 2 weeks later -- specifically, the fireplace is not easy to manage and requires supplemental information to turn it on. Even with it, couldn't reliably use it. Believe this should be an investment that is made to improve the experience. But to reiterate -- overall, a nice place for a group to spend time together.

Amazing Property

Just completed a weekend stay- all in our group loved the property. Owner has thought of everything a renter would need, and communication was fantastic throughout. Site pictures don’t do the house and view of the lake at sunset enough justice. Absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to return!

A beautiful lakefront property

We enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful and quiet lake, without motor boats. We enjoyed floating, kayak and canoe trips. The amenities of the community are available and we used the pool, tennis courts, and the game room. The house is spacious, with a good gathering space and game area and plenty of beds.

Excellent stay, great view

The highlight for us was the view and the hang-out room…the arched ceiling accented with wood planks and the beautiful fireplace overlook the lake that gets all afternoon and evening sunlight. Master bedroom was huge and can easily fit a queen blow-up mattress in there as well if you need additional/alternate sleeping arrangements. We were only there for two nights and it was cold so didn’t use the yard so can’t speak to anything there. Pete was great to work with and answer any questions we had beforehand, as well as during our stay. Great stay and great property.

Wonderful week in the Poconos!

The house has a great layout and was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. The lake is so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed access to the canoe, the grill, and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Enjoyed Boulder View Tavern for a nice dinner out! Highly recommend for a vacation with family!

What a great week!!!!

My family (6 adults, 5 children) had an amazing week. Pete is so responsive to any/all questions. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Being lakefront and having the kayak, paddle board, etc entertained my family for the entire week. Fishing off the dock was a huge hit!! The firepit was well used. The children used the pool and the adults did stand up paddle boarding (a very reasonable fee). We highly recommend this home!!! Thank you, Pete, for sharing your home with us!!

Wonderful Lakehouse

We had a very relaxing week at Pete's lakeside home. We loved the open layout of the main floor with lake views from every window. The house was very spacious and neat. There was plenty to do - fishing from the private dock, kayak, canoe, pedal boat. We would definitely return.

Great Lake Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend away in Pete's lake house. We loved the beautiful open layout of the kitchen and living room, which was great for our group being together (8 adults and one infant). We also enjoyed the boats and the firepit at night. Pete was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed before, during and after our stay. Only negative is that for the price of the house, the outside area could use some improvement in terms of landscaping and better deck/patio furniture. Other than that, great stay! Would highly recommend.

Great place, great location, great for familes.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few families, with lots of space for the kids and grown-ups to have to themselves. Plenty of bath rooms and right on the lake!

Ski trip in the poconos

Location was close to Jack Frost Big Boulder. Wish Walmart was closer (25 minutes away). We had 18 people (5 children, 13 adults) and we had enough space to lounge around and hang out. Unfortunately the bathroom doors don't lock but it was fine. We just told our group that if the door was closed, someone was inside. It snowed while we were there and the view was amazing! Pete allowed us to check-out late so we were able to eat our lunch and head out. Thanks for a great stay!
