* Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum applies for most dates. 2-night stays become available within 30 days of arrival.
* Summer Check-in (Memorial Day–Labor Day): Saturday check-in and checkout only, with 7-night stays typical during peak season.

Your stay comes with temporary membership to the Arrowhead Lake Community, one of the Poconos' most sought-after private communities. Most guests say this alone makes the trip.

★ IMPORTANT - COMMUNITY REGISTRATION & FEES ★
The Arrowhead Lake Community is gated and requires all guests to register and pay a mandatory access fee — this is a community requirement and we pass it through at cost with zero markup.

FEE STRUCTURE (Paid to Community, not host)
- Temporary Membership (ages 6+): $8.50/person/night · $42/person/week (in-season: May 24–Sept 2) · $2/person/night (off-season)
- Admin/transaction fee: $20 per stay
- Vehicle gate card: $20 per vehicle

Example — family of 4, 7 nights in July, 1 car:
$168 membership + $20 admin + $20 vehicle = $208 total

* Register at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a $100 late fee. Same-day registration is not available.

Here's how it works:
1. After booking, you'll receive a Google Form for guest & vehicle info — fill it out right away
2. We'll register your party with the community and pay the fees on your behalf
3. You'll receive a receipt and a reimbursement request from the host.
4. The day before arrival, the community emails your welcome package with QR codes for gate & amenity access
5. Arrive and scan in — seamless from day one

Note: You may enter the community on your arrival day at any time to enjoy amenities, but the house is available at 4pm.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
* No Pets — We love them, but our home isn't set up for furry guests. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and a $500 non-refundable fee.
* No Smoking Indoors — $200/day fee applies if smoking is detected inside.
* No Parties, Events, or Fireworks — Please treat this home like your own and help us keep it beautiful for every guest.
* Hot Tub Cover Required — Please replace the cover after every use. This protects the tub, conserves heat, and keeps it ready for your next soak. A $300 fee applies if the hot tub is found uncovered at checkout.
* Community Trash Center — Trash must be taken to community trash center upon checkout. The additional cleaning charges incurred are $10/bag and its $25/bag if its left outside and animals tear it open.
