The Space:

Welcome to our newly renovated 3,000 sq/ft, 5-bedroom Chalet in Pocono Pines, PA nestled in the heart of Lake Naomi. Step inside and you’ll find a spacious living room and flat screen Smart 65” TV with ample seating for all guests. The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking and eating utensils, a drip coffee maker and Keurig to make your favorite cappuccino or latte to get the morning started. Step downstairs into the newly finished basement for a range of fun activities to take part in, from playing pool, sliding the puck on the shuffleboard, scoring goals on the foosball table, or watching your favorite show on the two, big screen TVs. For topmost entertainment, step into the detached movie theater for a night to remember. We also have a washer and dryer in a utility room for keeping your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.

Outside, you’ll discover a tranquil space. Relax by the fire pit or sip drinks while you enjoy the soothing heat from the hot tub. Cook up a feast on the propane BBQ grill and dine alfresco in the outdoor seating area. With a temporary Lake Naomi pass, we are steps away from a local entrance with a beach. **Limited passes available**

Bedroom Configuration:

On the main floor, your group has access to 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a different set up to maximize the ZZZs from a queen bedroom, another with bunk beds (full size), and the third having 2 twin beds and a trundle. Head upstairs where there are two primary bedrooms, each equipped with a King bed. One of the primaries has an additional twin bed for those close-knit families. *2 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins, and 1 bunk bed—2 full size beds*

ABSOLUTELY no party or events allowed as we are in residential community. No parking on the street nor in the grass/lawn per community guidelines, only 5 compact cars are allowed in the driveway. No fireworks. Do not leave firepit unattended by an adult. Violators will be at risk of fines which these can exceed $1000.
The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests per Tobyhanna Township regulations (#020842), with a minimum age requirement of 25 for bookings.
