Guests have full access to the entire home (except attic & utility areas)
To use community amenities, wristbands will be delivered after check-in
HOA Registration Requirements:
• Full names of all guests
• Number of cars + car details
Check-In Deadlines:
• Tue–Thu check-ins: Register by noon the day before
• Fri–Mon check-ins: Register by noon Thursday prior
No same-day bookings
Security will request the main guest to sign an HOA form upon arrival

✔ $100 community fee per stay (paid via vrbo app)
✔Fully refundable $300 security deposit—automatically returned after checkout, pending no damages.
✔ Dogs only (max 2) – $150 pet fee per stay
✔ Late checkout (if unapproved): $200 fee

Our family cherishes this home and we’ve poured time and love into every detail. Many of our artifacts have meaning — we simply ask that you treat the space with the same care you’d expect in your own home. Your respect keeps it beautiful for everyone.

SECURITY & NOISE POLICY
• Gated community with 24/7 security
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Outdoor security cameras monitor driveway & backyard (including hot tub area) for safety

WINTER REMINDER
• Snow removal provided for driveway,entry and backyard (pathways) to access amenities (2+ inches)
• Shovels & salt available
• Rest backyard/deck areas may remain snow-covered

We recommend snow boots for enjoying outdoor amenities like the hot tub & fire pit during winter
