Located in beautiful Podstrana, just a few kilometers from Split, this spacious apartment is a perfect destination for relaxation and exploring the Dalmatian coast. The apartment is situated on the first floor, covering 75 m2, and can accommodate up to six people. It features two spacious bedrooms—one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with a 180x200 cm bed. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a TV, while air conditioning is not available. The apartment includes a living room with comfortable furniture and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cleaning supplies. An iron is also provided. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine, and bed linen and towels are provided and changed every seven days.

The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, which are free of charge. Guests have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and three cable TVs. The outdoor area includes a balcony, private parking, and a barbecue.

Check-in is available from 2 PM, while check-out is until 9 AM. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and quiet hours must be respected. The owners do not live on-site, but other guests are staying in the building.
