”Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.”
”The property was beautiful the only problem I have is it’s pet friendly and i was woken up at 6:15 am by barking I fill that hotel should have a section of the hotel with pets other than that I can’t complain ”

”The hotel is very nice and the staff only was very friendly the thing i woukd complain about was the shower did not have hot water we had to take a cold shower not super cold but the water did not get warm other than that is was fine and we would definitely stay there again ”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Mount Vernon and anything in the DC area. The rooms are very nice and have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The local area has great restaurants. The grounds were well kept and had great space for traveling with pets. ”
”Comfort Inn is my go-to place whenever I visit family in Springfield, VA. Clean and quiet room, friendly front desk staff, delicious cookies and lemon water in the lobby, and good complimentary breakfast options. Not fancy but decent price. Close to shopping mall.”
