”This property was 11/10, It was excellent in every respect . On arrival the place was so welcoming . Attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort in addition to the superb location exceeded expectations. We booked dinner at the Pennan Inn which we can recommend. Extremely good value for money, I would highly recommend.”

”Was soll man sagen. Der Aufenthalt auf der Insel Runde in dieser außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft.”

”Our hosts very graciously stayed on the phone with us guiding us turn by turn to the house. Nice, comfortable, clean. Great shower”

”Lovely property with a great location, a 5 minute drive from Leeds Castle! Very friendly host and accompanying doggie! Both properties also had great wood burner hot tubs which were fantastic.”

”The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather.”

”Clean but had a lot of flies.Smelled damp in downstairs bedroom.Bathroom needs updating”

”Lovely warm cottage in perfect location, would definitely recommend and will book again”

”Christina has literally thought of everything you could possibly need on a break away. The cottage was very well stocked with essentials even down to a sewing kit, torches and umbrella. The biscuits and wine was very much appreciated after our long journey. The cottage was clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and bathroom stocked with essentials too. Great base for seeing Suffolk. Do not hesitate to book this gem.”

”Lovely place - well equipped, and very responsive host! Very quiet and relaxing - great chance to unwind while also having the coast and Hull nearby to explore.”

”Lovely stay and great location. Easy check in and no complaints from us. I would stay here again.”

”Sehr gepflegtes Cottage.

”My family and I absolutely loved staying at Bailey's Beach House, everything was to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen was high spec and easy to use. The location were really quiet considering the house is near to the amenities. We especially enjoyed all the artwork around the house. Thanks”

”Absolutely perfect stay as always :)”
