”This hotel does not have an elevator. There are 2 small flights of stairs which is OK but very inconvenient when you have 5 pieces luggage to get up to the room. I asked for help since there was no designated bellhop”

”They said we were making noise while we were not even there we also ran out of toilet papers we waited for 5 hours to get them clean our room ”

”The bed was comfortable but no desk in the room and the options of TV channels was very weak. They did not get up early enough for breakfast so I left without eating.”
