”The 24 hour coffee/ tea is a plus. checking in was a breeze. lots of parking spaces. very clean facility. room was so nice and spacious. had everything we need. bathroom very clean. bed comfortable! the breakfast was amazing. it had what we need. egg omelette, sausage, hard boiled egg, waffles, bagel, toast, hot/ cold cereal, coffee, juice, danish and apples. we were there to watch the BTS Kpop concert at M&T Bank. we will definitely go back if we come back to Baltimore.”

”The room smelled very strongly of mold/mildew and was damp. We asked to switch rooms several times but they could not accommodate. Asked for a dehumidifier or anything else that could be done - our info was taken down and never received a response. The location is convenient and parking is reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel in good faith.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
