”Had to leave immediately after check in due to finding bed bugs checking my room. 2nd night refunded was told to you for first night But no way to contact and all communication was AI. They will not refund until you contact them about knowing problem”

”Property was really duty and unattended. Trash everywhere. Room was duty, towels had stains, walls were duty, floor. Rooms need TLC. We stayed overall cause we were really tired and hungry.
It was disappointing , because we always had good impression by La Quinta properties; but unfortunately not this time .”

”The room was not ready at 3 pm check-in time. We had to wait for almost 1 hour before we could check-in. The front desk staff was apologetic though about the room not being ready. The ac on one side of the suite is not working well and it was very noisy. I think the room needs some updating. The pool needs to be cleaned. Other than these things, we had a comfortable stay.”

”We love the Drury but we did notice a cockroach the next morning in the room and outside. I let the front desk know.
