”Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location!”

”We stayed at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North from May 23–26, 2026. The hotel itself is beautiful, but several issues made the experience disappointing. Customer service at the front desk was very inconsistent. One employee was genuinely kind and helpful, but most others seemed uninterested or annoyed when helping guests.
