”This property is poorly maintained and feels like they are running out of money to service it properly. No towels soap or shampoo. Had to get from front desk. No TV remote. No internet on wifi. Smoke detector hanging from wires on ceiling. The toilet lid smashed and pooply glued together. The toilet seat had one broken hinge. The toilet flush handle had to be held in place with one hand while using it.”

”Everything fun the staff to the rooms to the food selections was amazing! 5/5 for staff friendliness. 5/5 for the room, it was AMAZING! ”Ordered a king suite, but apparently they do not have any kings from what the lady told me. Room was dirty with weird substances on the couch as well as hair on floor and pillows. Beds are horribly unconfortable. Housekeeping is non- existant. The only staff we ever saw was at the front desk in the back room. Coffee is not made until 7 am, no breakfast included and vending machines are broken.”

"We liked the interior, the room and the beds. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and most of the staff where polite and friendly. I would have given 4 stars, but the Wi-Fi, that we needed so much, was absolutely rubbish. We spent hours to make it work. (When we changed hotel all worked fine) The hotel charges for aminities parking, Wi-Fi, bortled water, coffee aso. We had no Wi-Fi, no water bottles - the price was the same. The girl at reception was not serviceminded. The hair dryer was cheap and slow."
