”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. ”Very nice place to stay in Page. However, I would mention the following: 1) The rooms are pretty much like a hotel, though they call themselves a resort. 2) On top, they charge a “resort fee” by calling themselves a resort! They say it is to cover pool, WiFi etc.! Totally uncalled for. 3) At check in, they offer lake/marina facing room for $20/$40 extra! Uncalled for, again. 4) We had a marina facing room ($20 extra). Nice view. But!! Whoever was the architect/designer strangely made 3 feet...

Also the sound proofing in the rooms could use and update: we could clearly hear our upstairs neighbours walking in their room and I woke up to it. You could also hear clearly everything from the hallway. But Grand Canyon is so absolutely spectacular that you gladly deal with a power outage and bad soundproofing to get to see the canyon. "
