”The staff members were friendly and helpful, particularly Alex in facilities and maintenance, and the young woman at the front desk the evening we checked in who got bandage and alcohol wipes for my husband. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was nice. The only minor annoyance was that for several nights, the winds randomly whacked tree branches against the window. Time for pruning!”

”Had a great time at the Hyatt Vacation Club. It is a great location right where Uptown Sedona starts which provides an easy walk to lots of near by amenities like Pink Jeep Tours, Cowboy Club, The Vault, and the restaurants on site for coffee, and Wildflower for a good meal. The wife and kids enjoyed the pool as well. It has a great view of the red rocks and plenty of chairs to go around. The room was nice with a small kitchen, fireplace, jacuzzi tub and a little deck. Did not have a view of...

”The breakfasts in these sorts of hotels are unimaginative and boring. It is certainly a matter of profit margin for the corporation, so I get that. And, of course, the breakfasts are "free" (i.e., built into the cost of the room).”

”the staff was great and the rooms as well. unfortunately the guest were the ones that made it bad. They broke some glass in the pool that made the staff drain the whole pool and refill it.”

”It was a beautiful resort! I didn’t find the staff other than the valet drivers overly friendly. Just wish they were more genuine when talking to guests. But we heard they are building a water park and are excited to go back!”
