”The doors on the rooms in this hotel are LOUD when they are let go. Several neighboring rooms were occupied next to us, and every time someone entered or exited the doors would slam shut. It was very loud, jolting you awake as you are trying to fall asleep. The doors did not have the mechanism on them to slow the door
while it was closing, so if a person just let the door go it slammed closed. Ka-boom! Ka-blam! While the pool was nice and I enjoyed my swim in the evening, the loud doors were...

”Would not stay here again. When we arrived our room had a very funny smell. The whole hotel smelled chemically and floors were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Hot tub had some kind of residue on the sides and a strong chemical odor. Pool had a weird odor too. Felt like the hotel needed a remodel. Lots of damage on the furniture and walls. Also on the weekends breakfast wasn't served til 7 which felt late.”

”There was no staff, other than when we first checked in. We got our room, which did not look like it had been cleaned other than running a vacuum a few days prior. Then after a day or two of hiking, etc, the house keeping had not shown up, so I went to the front office to just get towels. I was greeted with a kiosk and someone presumably in another country, who said there were no employees there, and I would need to come back the following morning.
