”THE Overland Hotel Downtown Flagstaff NAU Arizona. We did not stay because there was construction going on and a ladder ready for men were on the roof. This was near a room for a wheelchair occupant. There were no barriers to keep customers away from construction. There was also standing water just waiting for mosquitos and anything else.The other room was down a dark hallway 60 foot long and there was no other egress in case of an emergency. There were no other customers around.

”The hotel is located on historic route 66 and nice looking, but all surrounding properties are a junk yard. Good parking especially if you have a long truck and trailer set up as several staying did and parked in the empty lot next door. Ice machine was broken. Everything seemed chaotic and disorganized when we arrived but looked better by morning. Breakfast is ok, the dinning room is small. Difficult to get help, possibly understaffed. Not well maintained. ”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable.
