”There is no hospitality here. No hello when you walk in the door, no enjoy your stay. Then to top it off their systems glitch there's no sorry for the inconvenience. I will never stay here again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't stay here anymore either. Which is really unfortunate because there's a great story to the property and how they built it. But hey just watch it on YouTube and move on.”

”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable.
