”Staff were friendly and helpful; units were a little out date and could do with a freshened up but still tidy and practical with great water pressure, we stayed 2 nights totally enjoyed our time there with no issues and will definitely return for a longer stay ”

I love it , relaxing, fresh eggs and lot of different fresh foods. Clean and beautiful nature. I love it very much and thanks for the wonderful service. ”We came from our West and our son and two grandkids came up from Brisbane. Lovely stay and the kids loved the goats & horses out back. Unfortunately, a bit cool to use the pool, everything you need is in this lovely little cottage. Thank you.”

”Lovely cosy cottage set in a private, peaceful garden overlooking forest and mountains. The cottage had everything we wanted for a self sufficient holiday. Close to nature and tourist attractions. Clean and comfortable and any messages to the owner were answered promptly. ”

”Boys and myself had a fantastic stay. Pool was a big hit too. Cottage is in an awesome location to surfers and all the theme parks, hinterland etc and is all it says and lots more 😁 The hosts are friendly and very accomodating. Great family value.”

”So beautifully decorated and with quality appliances and inclusions. Has everything you need including fully equipped mini kitchen and surprisingly generous shower and king sized bed. Huge television, air con, wifi and it was private. Delicious breakfast included. We had a wonderful stay and my girls said it’s been their favourite accommodation so far - and we travel a lot. ”We stayed to attend a wedding, and also as a belated anniversary/kid free weekend away. It was a gorgeous little cabin, and we especially loved having the fire going and sitting in the bath watching the night sky through the windows. We got to pat the horses that back on to the property, and enjoyed the birdlife also. 10/10 recommend.”

”Overall its a pretty good place, and with the animals and creek swimming hole, it really was a wonderful stay for my 10yr old grandson. But there were just a few things that may be need a re-think by the owners: 1. The main bedroom was extremely hot and it wasn't even hot weather - mid 20s. The fan in the room made no difference, and the A/C in the lounge had no impact. 2. There is a front and rear entrance to the house. The front entrance is not covered, so anything left on the verandah is not...

”Cute, clean tidy with all modern amenities for an older cottage. Close 2 minute walk to beach, wild life amazing and surprisingly friendly. Neighbours are very nice and all residents are very friendly and make you very welcome to their island. Bowls club has awesome lunches with free pick u and drop off curtesy bus. Simply Devine”
