”Enjoyable stay with helpful staff. Kind of tucked away but I liked that.”

”Great location and really clean. Maintenance needed badly as the outdoor shower leaks from the pipes and the shower head in the room was coming out the wall. Still a nice clean motel with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!”

”A small but very clean and well maintained motel. Comfortable beds and quiet HVAC. Close to casual food options.”

”Great location for fishermen. There is a fish cleaning station with free ice. Can’t beat it.”

”Very clean nice view waking distance to food and fun is great”

”We like the Avon Motel. We stay there everything we are there. The staff is great”

”Excellent little motel with a great location. Within a short walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful and gave some good advice on the location and hotel amenities. There were a lot of amenities at the hotel, which i sadly didn't get to use during my short stay.”

”The entire team there were all so helpful from the initial call to verify the reservation, to the setup for our puppy to join us, to check out. It was a great experience and when back on the mainland, we will for sure be back.”

”This hotel was a nice find, excellent quality for the price. The building is a bit run down outside, but we were there off-season and it seemed there was a lot of maintenance going on. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. They even served a breakfast, which was adequate. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach!”

”The help was terrible. Would not help with problems at all”
