”I can't say enough good things about this location. It was a quick trip for me and a friend and the weather was less than desirable, but the staff was friendly and professional from beginning to end. They were helpful and went beyond what some do so it helped to make up for the rain. Room was clean with ample towels and basic kitchen needs and the view was fabulous so we will definitely go back for a redo. Thanks Mary and Tavia!”

”Typical beach hotel, right on the beach, few steps you are on the sand, very friendly staff , helped me even check in early, has full breakfast in the mornings, despite the weather i loved it, building looks older, but the rooms are updated and nice, very very comfy bed”

”Excellent location near beach. Newly renovated room, though no lamps in room, only light was from the overhead ceiling fan or the bathroom light. Heatpump a/c unit above bed had a strange built-in wood frame surround that only allowed the air to blow directly onto your face when sleeping in the bed. Good location and walking to the beach.”

”Coastal Suites is a reasonably priced hotel in a busy section of Wilmington. My only complaint is about noise in the vending/ice machine area which is quite loud in my room which was next to this area. On Wednesday evening someone was talking on his phone. Early Thursday morning some taking a large amount of ice from the machine. This noise was quite disturbing.”

”The room was updated and cute decor. Had microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven in the room. Older motel that was clean. It was self Check in and was not very smooth in our case. No one was on property and instructions on how to obtain the code for our room was not very clear. We booked through a third party so did not receive check in instructions. ”If you’re not concerned with Francy and just want to be a beach bum, this place is fine. The price is one of the lowest at this beach but takes about 10 minutes to walk to the ocean. It’s got a view of the bay across the street though.”

”The room was hudge. Two seperate bedrooms. Very clean. Very close to the beach. We walked over to the beach in about 5 minutes. Elevators made it very easy to move stuff.”

The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
