Check in, no orientation of places like options to eat with in hotel or about Cesars reward card, just “here is your key”
Food options were good, but expensive restaurant in 10th floor, also an old lady working at Panda Express was rude
Rest of staff no smile but nice.”

”Staff were very friendly, place was clean, and the pool was great. My only down would be the air conditioning in the rooms was not very good. They didn't ever cool down and it was too warm for a good night's sleep.”

”The lady that greeted us was very friendly. Both the hotel property and room was very clean. The room did not have any rugs, which we appreciated. Breakfast had adequate hot and cold offerings.”
