”The hotel experience was disappointing. I paid for breakfast, but there was confusion about whether I was supposed to receive it. There was no body wash, only one small bar of soap for four people, and our room was never cleaned. Breakfast was mediocre—the pancakes were hard and the French toast was soggy—so we ended up eating elsewhere.”
