”Staff was very helpful, the bathroom was clean and breakfast staff keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Only concern was my 13 month niece is still crawling, her sleeper’s knees become really dirty. They were in room 105. Yuck”

”Hotel was fine. Clean. Check in was smooth except I was charged 75.00 usd for my dog. Did not argue with the 2 young guys working the front desk. Nothing they could do. Checked the Expedia website later and found it said 50.00 for a pet. Showed the manager the next morning and they reimbursed me the 25 dollars. ”

”it was close to where we needed to be with easy on off freeway access. It's right next to Kings Island so, lots of kids on the weekend but, otherwise very quiet.”

”When we got to our room and turned on the TV, we didn't have any connection. A phone call to the front desk had the attendant up to our room within a couple of minutes. He quickly fixed the TV and was on his way. Great and friendly service! ”
