”Great location for exploring the area which is so beautiful and varied. Sad the hotel is currently closed. Nice grounds, great outdoor unheated pool. Our lodge was spacious, cosy and clean for 6 people, if rather tired and dated , a few kitchen items down, and only had a one ring cooker. We gave various after -stay feedback to tve host about eg defunct microwave left outside tve property, . We would go again, as lots of plusses but choose a better -equipped lodge with the same company.”

”Just wow. This place is beautiful, it's so well equipped with everything you can possibly think of. Gorgeous welcome package of scones, cream and jam and THE most delicious bread. They even painted me a beautiful stone whoch I love. The hut was decorated with banners for my birthday which made me smile so much. The hot tub is quality and we spent hours in there. We will definitely be going back, one last thing, the hosts were really lovely people and very thoughtful. Thank you so very mych.”

”A wonderful cottage with the sweetest hosts. We picked the Duckpool lodge after reading several reviews on overall cleanliness and they were right. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the area but the convenience of many beaches and attractions not far away. I highly recommend visiting Tintagel and/or Boscatle for an active day out. Well worth the drive. ”
