The lack of running water alone made the room uninhabitable and constitutes a serious breach of basic hospitality standards.
The staff, while polite, were unable to provide any meaningful updates or solutions.â

âNice hotel. I would stay again. We requested a room with double beds, but when we got in the room it was a king. We didnât call downstairs we just kept the king because the bed was huge.
Staff was nice and the bathroom and room was really clean.â
